PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
In depth consultation: Refinement of corporate needs, development of specific content.
Preliminary Proposal: Program format, length, selection of faculty, course outline. Program Curriculum: Program curriculum is designed, methodology is determined.
Initial Consultation: Understanding and identifying business needs, challenges, strategic priorities, goals and desired outcomes. Evaluation: Participant feedback is collected and evaluated for determining ROI Refinements: Curriculum and syllabi are finalized through additional consultations with participants, detailed logistical planning.

We offer highly customized, one of a kind business solutions to meet the needs of groups or whole organizations. We will work together with you through the process of developing the right program for you. Designed to address a particular need within an organization, these programs are developed through appropriate consultations with the client organization and the professional staff and faculty from Georgetown. Through these consultations, the Georgetown team assesses the unique situation of each client within the context of their corporate culture and strategic objectives, providing a recommended curriculum. Curricula might draw upon existing or new faculty research or cases, experiential learning opportunities or a novel approach. Expertise has been applied to programs in the areas of leadership, strategy, finance, and marketing, among others. We offer a wide array of custom programs in the areas of general management, leadership and change, marketing, strategy, organizational effectiveness and financial excellence.

Once a project takes shape we put together a team consisting of expert faculty members and experienced administrative support staff who will design and develop every aspect of your program. This team works with you through several consultations, the design process, the program delivery and the project assessment. A budget guideline is presented to you in the preliminary proposal.

We conduct detailed evaluations during and after the program and collect formal and informal feedback from participants and client representatives. At the end of the program our team will meet with you for a follow-up consultation about your ROI. The results of our evaluation are incorporated into the refinement process of the next offering of the same program and are also taken into consideration for newly designed programs.
