Through these consultations, the Georgetown team assesses the unique situation of each client within the context of their corporate culture and strategic objectives, providing a recommended curriculum. Curricula might draw upon existing or new faculty research or cases, experiential learning opportunities or a novel approach. Once a project takes shape we put together a team consisting of expert faculty members and experienced administrative support staff who will design and develop every aspect of your program. This team works with you through several consultations, the design process, the program delivery and the project assessment. A budget guideline is presented to you in the preliminary proposal.
We conduct detailed evaluations during and after the program and collect formal and informal feedback from participants and client representatives. At the end of the program our team will meet with you for a follow-up consultation about your ROI. The results of our evaluation are incorporated into the refinement process of the next offering of the same program and are also taken into consideration for newly designed programs. |
