SCHEDULE
The Executive Master's in Leadership program follows a format convenient for working professionals, with classes held only on Friday afternoons and all day on Saturdays, alternate weekends. In addition, all students participate in three residencies, either off-campus or on-campus.
The courses and residencies are scheduled as follows: The curriculum involves taking two courses at the same time across the program. Courses are sequenced so that each course informs and integrates with the other course. Students advance through the cohort program as a team of learners, not only learning from the faculty but also enriching the Master's experience with their collective backgrounds.

Semester I:
Developing A Personal Leadership Action Plan I: Identifying Competencies and Strengths Negotiation: Managing Conflict and Differences Negotiation in Complex and Dynamic Environments: Strategies and Techniques Executive Decision Making: Critical Thinking and Moral Judment Power and Social Influence: Managing the Politics of Relationships Quandaries of Leadership: Ethical and Moral Issues Political Leadership: Character and Style Judgment under Uncertainty: Psychological and Social Influences Conversations and Action: The Language of Leadership Agenda Selling: Strategies and Techniques for Effective Communication and Persuasion Creativity and Leadership: Envisioning the Future

 Integrative Case Residency:  Leadership Lessons: Strategic and Ethical Issues

Semester II

Closing Residency:  Leadership in Action

Leadership Capstone Project 

Individual leadership project at the student's organization of choice which faculty mentor and partnership.  The project deliverable is due in the final module of the program.
